We work British vintage bike like Triumph, BSA, Norton and so on.
Most of them are Triumph.
60's and 70's are very popular these days.
2012 right now, we are talking about almost 50 60 years old bike.
Shit always happens.

Mile's chopper got something wrong.
Motor completely doesn't wanna turn.

Cylinder was completely seized...
I couldn't pop the cylinder at all...

Check this out!!

piston jumped up then his this gasket

Bigend nut came out then rod got loose I think.
It doesn't sound good anyway...
You can see the difference of piston height.

I came back from Daytona with broken frame again...
This is 4th time I broke this frame.
I'm kinda getting tired of this breaking then fixing frame action.
There is no choice to me... I gotta fix that.

My friend Neil Fenton fixed the frame as always.
Thanx Neil!!

This frame now is like a frankenstein...
It got nice back bone this time!!
Hope not gonna break anymore... I don't wanna deal with this shit...

I should stop talking bull shit and keep working on this bike huh?

I didn't change much.
Right now I really like how this bike react.
For sure I could be much better but "I" could be, not this bike could be.
I just gave her fresh top end job new rings, fresh honing, valve seat cut and new valves something like that.

My friend Danny stole my camera this time.

Don't ask me about which year this bike is!!
I really don't know but I think '64 or '65 something around.
Anyway this bike came with some problem.
Biggest prob was oil doesn't come back to oil tank.
I kinda like this bike though.
250cc single BSA?
These kind bike must fit in NYC for sure!!
Zipping around, stop and go with fixed bicycle.

Old school distributor in it!
Actually it doesn't distribute anything though... cuz single cylinder.

Gear drive is in this oil pump.
I really prefer these type of gear driven oil pump than plunger type like triumph.

Guess what??

This is kinda weak piece of 500cc motor.
Inside of kicker spindle, this piece gets worn out then kicker doesn't engage with gears...
$5 piece but you can't start bike...
79 Nori's Triumph special got trouble with kicker too.
Clutch was always sticking each other.
then this thing happend.
Kicker can turn the gears but main shaft doesn't turn clutch center...
There are 2 things I could imagine.
1 this half moon key was broken
2 Main shaft was broken

Fortunately his case was 1.
Save a lots of money instead of buying new mainshaft

knock the half moon key off
Slot is OK

Another $5 piece made you non start Triumph
Today's Hugh at 6th street

Does the RE have back gear???
