We have 2 weeks to go down Daytona trip.

Before we go down South, I gotta finish couple job.
One of the most important thing is this Norton Project.

Motor nd Gearbox were on.
Also front end too.

16 days to go Daytona Trip!!
I remember last year, the day we left was still chilly in NY.
We needed some kinda jacket.
Kept going down states and states, like NY, NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC and SC.
Every time we crossed the boarder, we took one layer off.
We ended a T-shirt when we got FL.
Can't wait to get there !!!

Last week, we started this new race bike.
It's harder to start this bike than before cuz it got hi comp piston.

Runs good!
To me bike became much powerful.
When I crack the throttle, front wheel is easy off the ground.
I don't know I can handle this bike???
Just need to get used to this.

What r you thinking boss man??

Came out very good.
need to run more and set up for racing.

You can see Hugh is working through this wrapped feather bed frame
Feather bed frame
The best handling frame back then
I like slim line though

We sent frame and pieces to powdercoat, nuts and bolt to plate.
Danny took this photo but I'm unwrapping hundreds of hundreds of packages...

Im still unwrapping over there

Powdercoat came out good, of course I have to clean some holes and threads though.

nickel plated nuts and bolts

sorting every single nuts and bolts

some of them are missing...

then clean up all the threads...

I can't believe this snow storm...
Snow, snow, snow, snow nd snow...

Yesterday I posted about my '69 Trident project.
I didn't take any photo of this project somehow...
This is the bike.
I think came out OK.
This is not the kind of stock style old school.
more like sparkling Fumi style!

I ride this everyday everywhere.
Even with snow!!
But I really hate this salt on the road...
Ride everyday nd wash everyday...

I hate salt!!

FUXX HAIR CUTS!
Gotta love this T-shirt
Neil showed up with this T-shirt today.
I should post my T-shirt too huh?

Somehow I totally lost my mind to post about my '69 Trident....
I wanted to say I totally forgot to post about my '69 Trident.
Don't know much about English, but we have "失念しておりました" in Japanese.
I hope u guys understand my lousy English hahahah!!

I bought this Trident... almost a year ago
This bike has been sitting for more than couple years.

I will say more than 5 years.
Everything is here, just need lovely TLC.

I always wanted Trident.
Cuz nobody rides Trident around NYC for daily ride.

This bike had weird custom cafe seat, Dunstol huge megaphone each side.

Looks ugly but Engine turns so I don't think its gonna be a pain in the ass!!

Taking apart nd thinking about how I am gonna make this bike cool???

Famous flat track racing frame "Track Master".
We put so many type of triumph motor on these.
These frame are much much lighter than stock frame, I will say almost Half of the original one!
Also handle is very easy on race track.
I've never ridden these on street, so I can't tell exactly but seems to me lil bit too quick for street use.

Hugh has this Original Track Master frame nd we just got the other one recently.
It looks very interesting.
First it looks like very similar to Track Master frame...but.
When you see closely, you can see slightly difference though.

The support plate which is going around steering neck are different shape.
Track Master one is coming to front as triangle edge.
The other one is straight also doesn't coming around to front.

Tail section is like totally Champion style.
I prefer Champion frame though.

Shape of swing arm is totally different too.
Left one can hold much wider tire.
Bottom of the back bone frames are different too.
Straight bar crosses on Track Master frame.
Curved bar crosses on the other frame.

So, what do you think about this frame???
Looks like picked up best parts of Track Master and Champion.
Also the space for motor is much more than Track Master frame.
I wanna try to put TRIDENT motor on these frame nd bring to Half Mile track or even Mile Track!!
If somebody know about this frame , lemme know please!!

There are 2 snow storms around this area North East.
Snow, snow, snow everyday...

Our customer JT's BSA C11
I like these kind of small motor.
This is 250cc single with rigid frame.
I post Triumph rigid 250 couple month ago, that was very cool too.

In this tiny city, these bike is the best to zip around.
Don't need a big bike like Triple Trouble!!

Nice and tiny carb
I love this tiny small separate float

I tried to take a photo step by step but... you know me.
Completely forgot after this photo

Then finished!!
I should have taken more photo of this project...
lookin good isn't it?

Last Saturday, that was a freezing cold day.
Even tiny snow is falling though.
I just had a lunch then heard a doorbell ring ring.
Sketchy Sketchy Jeff and his Triumph TR6 were there!!
He was like
Hey Fumi! Let's go for a drive!

It was 20°F which is -6℃ somewhere around??

We were so excited to zip around some high ways on this.

It sounds so crazy driving an open car with this cold weather.

yeah, but sounds just like Jeff!

Let's go!

We were totally full on!!
This TR6 sounds sooooo good!
The sounds makes me feel like 150mph.
Tell you the truth, probably 90mph.
I really want to get a car, something like these.
It could be BMW 2000cs? I wish.

Knit cap with layers and layers.
Wearing like totally riding motorcycle.

Weber down draft!!

Beautiful TR6

Oh, actually that was a first time driving TR6 to me.

No panels, no top, nothing

Thanx for taking me a drive Jeff!!

I think '67 is the last one on feather bed??
after this, all went to stupid commando rubber mount system...
Dont you hate that??

From cal?

Do you think this "N" of Norton looks like a DOG??
